Hello, I'm Chris McHugh Sirard. I've been teaching early childhood music for over 20 years. I earned a Master's degree in Music Education from the University of South Carolina, where I studied how children learn music in their Children's Music Development Center. I am a Registered Music Together® teacher and Licensed Center Director. I have taught in the Palo Alto area in California and had a Music Together^® Center in Minneapolis, MN. I have taught elementary music in South Carolina, Virginia, and locally in Shutesbury & Whately, MA.

I have a daughter and a son who both attended Music Together® classes when they were little and still make music, both choosing to study music in college. Making music with young children is one of my favorite things to do. The pure joy they bring to music class always brightens my day.

I also work with the UMass Marching Band as the Assistant Director. I am so fortunate to have 2 amazing jobs that center around music and movement. I look forward to sharing some very special music memories with you and your child.
